Pictures load slowly, please be patient

Here is a picture of the fuselage top and bottom,
very simple stick construction |
|
Here is a picture of the fuselage sides, one showing
the 1/32 plywood doubler, the other yet to be installed. As you can see,
the fuselage is very simple and mostly stick construction |
|
Here is a picture of the fuselage with the sides,
top, and bottom assembled. At this point, the fuselage weighs less than
two pounds. |
|
Here is a picture of the fuselage front, without
the clam shell nose pieces, but with the plugs for the landing gear covers,
and the cockpit. These plugs will be used to make molds, and thus allow
me to reproduce fiberglass parts. |
